As a pediatric dentist for over ten years, I have provided dental care for children of all ages, including special needs children. I have extensive experience with various behaviour management techniques, sedation techniques and general anesthesia treatments in both office and hospital settings. I am a fellow in pediatric dentistry with the Royal College of Dentist in Canada and have been teaching part time in the Pediatric Dentistry Specialty Program and in the Biomaterials undergraduate course in the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Toronto.
I believe oral health is an inseparable part of overall health and that childhood is the ideal time to shape positive attitudes toward oral hygiene and dental treatment. It has always been my focus to make the children comfortable during treatment, and I work hard to give my patients the attention and care they deserve.
My education in dentistry has provided me with a strong foundation of knowledge and experience. Additionally, by regularly participating in continuing education through conferences, study clubs and courses, I am able to stay current on the latest developments in technology, materials and treatments.
